Thank you for shopping with Haley Eliza Company™. We take great care in crafting each item, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by Haley Eliza Company™ are made to order specifically for each customer. Because each item is custom-created upon purchase and cannot be resold or restocked, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully — including sizing, color, personalization, and quantity — prior to checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has entered production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept standard returns or refunds due to the custom nature of our products, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following when you reach out:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged in transit)

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution, as timely reporting allows us to properly assess and address the issue.
